Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Project Lavos online store and your purchase of digital products and services offered by Project Lavos LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The store and what we sell
Project Lavos LLC operates this store. We sell digital goods (such as downloadable files) and, where listed, services. Each product page describes what is included. We may add, change, or remove products at any time.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase at the listed price in U.S. dollars. An order is confirmed once payment is received. Payment is collected by card or by bank transfer / invoice, as shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address so we can deliver your purchase and send order communications.
3. Delivery of digital goods
Digital products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, we send a private download link to the email address on your order. Download links are personal to your order and are not for sharing. If a link does not arrive or does not work, contact us and we will resend or correct it.
4. Services
Where a listing is a service rather than a downloadable file, its scope, timeline, and any deliverables are agreed with you. Payment terms for services are as stated on the listing or in a separate written agreement.
5. Refunds
Because digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales of digital products are generally final. We will, however, provide a replacement or a refund if a product is not delivered, is materially defective, or is not as described. Remedies for services are handled case by case in good faith. 6. License and intellectual property
Unless a listing states otherwise, digital products are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files or their contents. All content, trademarks, and materials in the store remain the property of Project Lavos LLC or its licensors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The store and its products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the "last updated" date above, is the version that applies to your order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
